I am Sandra Schlaupitz, a real estate advisor proudly serving Southwest Florida with more than 26 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their goals.

As a four-time eXp Realty ICON Agent, nationally recognized NAHREP Top 250 agent, and Women's Council of REALTORS® Naples Top Producer, I am passionate about delivering expert guidance, strong negotiation, and an exceptional client experience. Whether you are buying your first home, investing, relocating, or selling a luxury property, my goal is to make every step of the journey seamless and rewarding.

Where It All Began

My story began in La Paz, Bolivia, where I owned a successful bakery before making the life-changing decision to move to the United States in 1999 with my children to create new opportunities for our family. It was not easy — but it taught me resilience, the value of hard work, and the power of a fresh start.

During the housing crisis, I dedicated myself to helping homeowners avoid foreclosure, successfully guiding more than 500 families through short sales and loan modifications. Those years defined my approach to real estate: I protect my clients, even when the market is working against them.

A Unique Perspective

My background in legal studies, immigration advocacy, and international real estate allows me to bring a unique perspective and strategic approach to even the most complex transactions. I understand what it means to navigate unfamiliar systems, advocate for your family, and build something from nothing.

Serving others extends far beyond real estate for me. I am a John Maxwell Certified Coach, a member of the Florida Realtors Faculty, and the founder of The RealSphere Southwest Florida, where I mentor and support real estate professionals. I am also incredibly passionate about giving back to my community. Every year I organize a back-to-school event that has grown from providing 350 backpacks to more than 750, giving local children not only school supplies but also a fun day for the entire family.

Beyond Real Estate

When I am not helping clients, you will find me rollerblading, cycling, cross-country skiing, volunteering, or investing in personal growth through leadership communities. I am the proud mother of four, grandmother of six, and my husband is my biggest cheerleader.

I believe real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It is about creating opportunities, building wealth, strengthening communities, and helping people build the life they have always dreamed of.
